Jenna Jablonski

Jenna Jablonski received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University (CACREP Accredited) along with additional Certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS),  and in Substance Use Counseling (CADC). Jenna brings over 10 years’ experience advocating for improved mental health and social well-being of individuals.  She attended Temple University where she majored in Sociology and has since served communities as an AmeriCorps member, overseas scholar, and research contributor focused on reducing health disparities at the University of Chicago. With her combined credentials as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Jenna delivers evidence-based and culturally competent treatment for a wide range of mental health diagnoses, relational concerns, and substance use disorders. 

Jenna uses an integrated, person-centered orientation to treat adults with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, couples counseling, life/education/career transitions, trauma, struggles with interpersonal relationships, weight management, self-esteem and body image, chronic mental health issues, and maladaptive coping including challenges with substance use.

Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, Jenna seeks to create a safe space to explore problems, reduce harm, and motivate meaningful change. Skilled in Acceptance and Commitment, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Therapy techniques, her integrated counseling approach assists clients to develop deeper self-awareness and mindfulness, process through underlying feelings and beliefs, improve psychological flexibility, and strengthen coping skills as clients work towards their goals.
